Gaps use complete owner-scoped history before filters and link to the previous
run. The explorer uses persisted run summaries without loading recording samples.
Cards show metric definitions and usable-run coverage. Select a chart point or
group row to inspect contributing runs. Save named views in this browser, or
bookmark the results URL; relative queries follow the calendar as runs are added.
Cards show metric definitions and usable-input coverage. Select a chart point,
box, calendar day or group row to inspect contributing inputs. Save named
analyses to your account, organize them into investigations with notes, duplicate
them to ask a related question, and pin plots, values or tables to your live
dashboard. The library and layout follow your account across browsers/devices
connected to the same Stride server. Relative queries follow the calendar.
Plots include line, bar, area, overlaid series, histograms, quartile boxes,
calendar heatmaps, named-cohort stacked bars, and scatter plots with metric-based
color/size. Download plots as PNG or export numeric results as CSV. Ready-made
questions cover matched-pace HR, workload, consistency, decoupling and more.
Matched-cohort baselines and persistent deviation rules expose their coverage,
reference range and contributing inputs. Flags describe statistical departures;
they are not an overtraining diagnosis.
The DSL can query `runs`, recorded `laps`, or persisted five-minute moving
`segments`, with recording speed variability, HR coverage and speed/HR
decoupling. New imports calculate these from full-resolution recordings. After
upgrading an existing installation, run:
```powershell
uv run --locked flask --app app db upgrade
uv run --locked flask --app app backfill-analysis
```
The backfill is resumable. Dashboard queries read compact summaries rather than
raw recordings; pinned analyses refresh on load, window focus and every five
minutes while the page is visible.
